The views illustrate the solution concept from the dossier. They show sample data and not a productive patient interface.
One terminal supports the first and last steps of a clinic visit. Personal assistance remains part of reception – digital processes make room for it.
QR code, access code or insurance card: several ways to check in. Reception remains involved in confirming the arrival.
Choose a language and continue step by step, optionally with a speaking avatar. A printed slip with the ward, room and directions helps you find your way.
View the invoice, pay by card or sign to pay by invoice. Receive the receipt at the same terminal.
OS Board connects digital reception with the hospital information system, ward systems and billing. Responsibilities and data access are planned around your workflows.
Concept visualisationThe patient's perspective connects the steps. The common database and the systems on the ward complement them.
Appointments, advance information, access code and stay information in one place. The concept includes iOS and Android as well as separate appearances for departments and practices.
Push notifications accompany appointments and changes. Confirming, postponing or rejecting creates a back channel between the patient and the clinic.
Self-check-in via QR code, insurance card or access code. A receipt supports orientation; the receipt remains embedded for confirmation.
View the invoice from the OS Board patient account, pay by card or sign the invoice. Receipt printed or in the app.
Check-up appointments, medication plans and information continue the support. Follow-up care is provided for in the dossier as part of the gradual expansion.
OS Journey accompanies the patient. OS Board transfers the events to the connected systems; in a AQURA installation they reach the responsible teams as a workflow.
Check-in at the terminal informs the destination ward about OS Board and AQURA. Reception confirms registration and the ward can prepare entry.
Hotel and service concerns can take the same route from the patient app as on the OS Panel - with feedback to the patient.
After leaving the room, the cleaning order and information are sent to the bed dispatcher. Only with “Room ready” does the process go into release; the checkout alone does not replace this feedback.
OS Board is the data hub for the leading clinical information system. Other products take on their own tasks – from station overviews to device management.

Plan digital reception, app appointments and data connection via OS Board for an initial area of use.
Include other areas and follow-up care. Ward map and extended care planning are separate expansion topics from OS Board.
An idea, a challenge, a concrete project.
